Scatterbird by Garry Judd is part of an ongoing collection of pieces for chamber to full orchestra, which Garry calls Field Sketches.

“Field Sketches is a look at modern rural life...The English countryside complete with combine harvesters and tractors.” Scatterbird is inspired by a bird scarer that fires off a loud blast every few minutes sending the birds into flight.
